Harmony and Pure Flowing Clear Light

Growing up on the water in the summers, from a very young age I learned to sit quietly in boats with family for hours. When the sun rises there is an amazing amount of energy present on the water. In the midst of such a presence, it takes practice (and sun lotion, a hat and sunglasses) to learn to sit quietly and let go and look at the whole picture and also see the shore; the sun's reflection sparkling on the water; the surrounding water; the moon and the sky and clouds and everything else they all contain.

There is a bit of a dilemma present when sitting on a boat at sunrise. The energy of the sunrise on the water is BIG and makes one want to rush out and do huge things. It is very seductive. However, by finding balance and clarity first and learning self-control and to self-correct one can perhaps begin to find another, deeper understanding.

By being weight underside and keeping one point as well as relaxing and flowingly letting the Universe lead, not only isn't the boat likely to tip over, but one has the opportunity to learn that while one's own ego is the loud voice that can be BIG like the sunrise, and where the Universe is even bigger, it often speaks very gently and quietly.

One can practice being gentle like the Universe by listening, noticing, seeing, sitting quietly, letting the boat drift on its own and practicing understanding while working hard at seeking the true nature of things with quiet efficiency. With practice one then has the opportunity to become infinite and one with the Universe (God in Christian terms) in harmony, balance and peace. Connected and one with the naturally flowing wisdom, clarity, intent and energy of God (the whole Universe) one can flow and follow along and help the Universe on its Path of Light with what it is working on rather than walking along on one's own.

By learning to sit quietly outdoors surrounded by sunlight, moonlight, fresh air, trees, birds and water, with the right intent one has the opportunity to discover something important. Even there in the midst of the rising sun, the pure flowing clear Light of Heaven (the Universe, or God in Christian terms) naturally flows and shines downwards like water all the way down to the bottom of one’s toes bathing everything in Light, Love, Courage and Peace. A person has the opportunity to learn to become one with the natural rhythm and flow of the sun and the moon, heaven and earth with clarity, compassion, courage and pure flowing clear Light.

For me, I like sitting quietly on the water and watching the sun and moon rise and set. It is a place of Clarity, Love and Courage as well as gentle harmony, natural beauty and pure flowing clear Light.
